Bulova Oceanographer Non-Devil 200m

The Story
Bulova is named after its founder, Joseph, who emigrated to the United States from Czechoslovakia and set up shop in New York. With a passion for precision and a savvy in economics, his company grew to be one of the most significant brands of its day. It pioneered tuning fork technology which guaranteed timing to be accurate to a variance of a minute a month.
They had several dive watch serializations such as the Snorkel, the Oceanographer and the Devil Divers. What we have here is said to be the rarest iteration, nicknamed the Non-Devil as it went Metric and uses 200m instead of their more standard 666ft. Reminiscent of the Rolex Submariner, this Oceanographer has developed a most appropriate spotting patina that reminds one of coral spawning.
