It could just as easily have been Etsira but Ariste Racine chose to brand his watches by reversing his last name instead. They are known for having created the most reliable and affordable movements, because of this, they were one of the biggest exporters of watches to the then emerging market of Asia. Aside from that, they were also an ambitious company that likewise explored the limits of extreme natural conditions as with the Sherpa series that went to Everest and the Seapearl as their submersible compressor watch.
This is a beautiful example of a Seapearl with its minty dial and the case with those fancy faceted lugs.
